The basement floor couldn't seem practical but it's very useful during the summer because of its natural coolness. The Villa Ruchetta is the perfect solution for those who want the privacy of an independent house and the comfort of the private swimming pool, without spending a fortune.
The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful tidy garden of 1400 square metres and a private swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols. A wide patio with a big barbecue is also available for guests.

Cancellation Policy:
- 20% is deducted for cancellations over 45 days before the arrival date.
- 30% is deducted for cancellations from 15 to 44 days before the arrival date.
- 50% is deducted for cancellations from 8 to 14 days before the arrival date.
- 100% is deducted for cancellations within 7 days before the arrival date.

Arrivals and departures: On Saturdays
Guests will be checked-in at the Insular Tour offices via Lamarmora 34, from 9 am to 1 pm. After the check in, the staff of Insula Tour will take the guests to the villa which will be available from 3 pm. A fee of € 40,00 is charged for late arrivals after 9 pm.
Compulsory surcharges to be paid locally on arrival per villa or annex:
- Damage deposit: credit card details which will be returned at the end of the stay if all is in order
- Charges for final cleaning (excluding kitchen and kitchenware), all per week:
- Villa: € 130,00
- Costs for electricity consumption: 0,30 €. per Kw/h
Optional surcharges to be paid locally on arrival:
- Bed Linen and towels: €. 15,00 weekly, per person
- Fridge, kitchen and kitchenware are not included in the final cleaning and must be cleaned by the customer before their departure; otherwise the management of the property is allowed to withhold € 50, 00 from the damage deposit.
- Cot: €35,00 per week
