Guests will start off with a traditional visit to the largest city of Sardinia, which has a very interesting history. From the second day, guests will be able to see the most extreme parts of Sardinia, including the must-see Nuraghe of Barumini- a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Then, they get to discover small towns that are iconic symbols of Sardinian traditions and culture. Guests will then get to experience the most impressive road on the island, driving to the Ogliastra region, where the delicious local cuisine is a highlight.

Itinerary

Itinerary:

1^st day: CAGLIARI - Arrival at the airport. Pick up of the car and transfer to the city centre. A whole day will be at the guests' disposal to visit Cagliari with an overnight stay.

2^nd day: BARUMINI - ARBUS - The day starts with a visit to Barumini, the only archaeological site in Sardinia declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO. The trip continues towards Arbus and Montevecchio, an old miners' settlement. The next possible stop would be Piscinas, with its 30 metre high dunes. Overnight stay.

3^rd day: FONNI - ORGOSOLO - OROSEI - Departure toward the inner part of the island with Fonni, the highest town of Sardinia, and Orgosolo with its murals. Continuing in the direction of the coast, guests will arrive in Orosei, with its wild beaches followed by an overnight stay.

4^thday: OGLIASTRA -The trip continues towards the south, driving along the "Orientale Sarda" a very panoramic and impressive road. Guests will enjoy the views. Overnight stay.

5^th day: ARBATAX - ORROLI - The tour will hit the winding road towards the lake Flumendosa and Mulargia. The beauty of the landscape will enchant guests. This area is rich in archaeological sites. Overnight stay.

6^th day: ORROLI - CAGLIARI - Guests can try out the cruise on the Flumendosa lake on a boat in the typical Mississippi style. Then, back to Cagliari. The car is to be handed over to the car rental once back in Cagliari.

Cancellation policy

-20% is deducted for cancellations over 45 days before the arrival date.
-30% is deducted for cancellations from 15 to 44 days before the arrival date.
-50% is deducted for cancellations from 8 to 14 days before the arrival date.
-100% is deducted for cancellations within 7 days before the arrival date.

Children Policy

-Children from 3 to 11 years travelling with both parents will receive a 20% discount.

-The child seat for the car has to be paid locally at the car rental.

The rate includes:

Car rental for category B vehicles (Fiat Punto / Lancia Y / Opel Corsa or Sim) from the arrival in the morning of the 1^st day until the evening of the 7^th day.
Unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver and theft protection with no excess.
5 nights' stay at three or four star hotels or other accommodation in double rooms with private bathroom (3 people will be provided a triple room, 4 people will be provided 2 rooms). The package includes breakfast.

Local assistance.
