The tour allows guests to soak in all the facets of the island and discover for themselves, the changes in topography and tradition from region to region, which vary widely.
Most of the places visited in this itinerary are rooted in Sardinian traditions and the ancient way of life. Guests will drive through villages that date back to 50 A.D., passing sheep on the roads and old ladies dressed in dark traditional garments. Most of the destinations are far from the beaten track, where local people live off agriculture and lead very simple lives, but offer great hospitality. Since the locals live off the land, caring for the destination comes automatically to them.
Not least, the car used for the rental conforms to Euro 5 standards, that limit the pollution that could damage the environment. Wherever possible, all the accommodations used in different places on the tour are involved in Caring for Destination.
