The Country Resort Monte Sixeri offers a truly authentic farm experience, amidst 178 acres of olive trees and grassland, on part of a large working farm. Guests can wander through the fields and groves and visit the animals, to see where all the delicious, natural food they're eating comes from.
The finest meats, cheeses, wines, vegetables, cereals and oils are all produced on site using traditional methods and creating zero food miles. Here, guests can sample the world renowned San Giuliano extra virgin olive oil, and support an old milling method, started by the Manca family's ancestors as far back as 1916.
