The Country Resort Borgo of Monte Sixeri is the ideal accommodation for those who want to be surrounded by nature and spend a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The resort is surrounded by a farm and olive trees, and guests will be able to watch animals like wild pigs, donkeys and more. 

On this small property, guests will be able to breathe in fresh air and find themselves completely wrapped up in the peaceful natural surroundings. It's located in a very strategic position because guests can reach all the beaches of the area easily.

The accommodation offers a comfortable stay and guests will enjoy the privacy they are looking for, because the 14 apartments share two separated swimming pools. Today, this farm aims to be a sample of the different activities that characterise the owners- who are well-known suppliers of agricultural produce, restorers and part of the hospitality industry.

This property has 14 apartments and they share two panoramic swimming pools with a Jacuzzi corner amongst them. The swimming pool is great for relaxation and is never crowded. Each apartment has outdoor furniture with table and chairs and there is a common barbecue available for the guests of this resort. Only 400 metres from the apartments, is a very good country restaurant, which is part of this farm. The restaurant serves a menu of 35 Euro approximately

Late check out policy:

For late checkout charges, guests are requested to contact the management.

Cancellation Policy:

• 10% is deducted for cancellations over 60 days before the arrival date.
• 20% is deducted for cancellations  from 59 to 45 days before the arrival date.
• 30% is deducted for cancellations from 44 to 15 days before the arrival date.
• 50% is deducted for cancellations from 14 to 8 days before the arrival date.
• 100% is deducted for cancellations within 7 days before the arrival date or no show.

Other disclosures:
Compulsory surcharges to be paid locally on arrival per apartment:

• Damage deposit: € 300,00 or credit card details which will be refunded at the end of the stay, if all is in order
• Charges for final cleaning (excluding kitchen and kitchenware), linen and towels (except pool/beach towels), water, electricity, gas, air conditioning / heating (all per apartment and per week): 
• One bed room apartment: € 90,00
• Two bed room apartment: € 150,00
•  Three bed room apartment : € 220,00
• Extra bed: €. 35,00
• Fridge, kitchen and kitchenware are not included in the final cleaning and must be cleaned by the customer before their departure, otherwise the management of the property is allowed to withhold € 50,00 from the damage deposit.
• Cot / high chair: €35,00 per week
